Anthony Kimble joins 5X Media to produce Arrested Industries

5X, the film and TV production and management company has brought Anthony Kimble to its team as a producer/manager. Kimble, a UK-born executive who has worked for Cineflix Media, National Geographic and other companies, will continue working under his Arrested industries banner and bring over 20 film, television and documentary development projects. He will also develop, produce and direct new scripted television and feature projects, and scout, manage and oversee on- and offscreen talent in Africa, Europe and London.

Among his development projects is a film based upon Johannes Radebe’s memoir

JoJo : Finally Home

; a dark comedy

Becoming Eden; and Bitter Eve based on acclaimed novel. Arrested will also be working with Helena Spring Films, a South African company. 5X was launched 18 months ago in Los Angeles by Scott Einbinder, and is based in Madrid, South Africa and Los Angeles. Alon Shtruzman, and Gil Goldschein were recently named as co-CEOs. Shtruzman & Goldschein commented that the addition of Anthony Arrested Industries and his Arrested Industries Portfolio instantly supercharges our impressive slate of projects.
