VMI Worldwide has added action-horror feature Death Rider in the House of Vampires to its slate for the Cannes market.
Written and directed by Glenn Danzig, founder and lead singer of rock groups Danzig and Misfits, the film stars Devon Sawa as a mysterious stranger who tangles with the occupants of a vampire sanctuary. Julian Sands, the British actor still missing after four months in the California wilderness, plays the lord vampires.
Along with Sawa, Sands, and Eli Roth, Danny Trejo and Kim Director, as well as Danzig who provided the original soundtrack and score, also star in the film. Death Rider
is a film produced by El Diablo Pictures, Cleopatra Records and shot in Los Angeles. James Cullen Bressack, Danzig, Brian Perera, and Yvonne Perera are executive producers.
